Audrey Wilkes is a visionary leader, community advocate, and the driving force behind Jeremiah 2911: The Hope and Healing Collective, Inc. With a deep passion for helping individuals and families overcome life’s challenges, Audrey has dedicated her life to building programs that promote healing, stability, and long-term success.

She leads multiple community-based initiatives across Northeast and Southeast Georgia, including parenting education, youth prevention programs, recovery support, resource coordination, and legal advocacy efforts that support individuals and families in navigating complex systems and accessing needed resources. Audrey is also deeply committed to supporting law enforcement officers, first responders, and military families by providing resources, advocacy, and community-based support services tailored to their unique needs.

Audrey is highly experienced in grant-funded programming, coalition building, and program implementation, ensuring services are delivered with excellence and fidelity. She works closely with community partners, agencies, and stakeholders to advocate for families and connect them with critical supports.

Phillip Wilkes serves as Vice President of Jeremiah 2911 and is the founder of Broken & Anchored Ministries, where he provides spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to individuals navigating life’s most difficult seasons. With a heart for ministry and restoration, Phillip plays a vital role in integrating faith-based support within community services.

As a chaplain, Phillip offers encouragement, prayer, and pastoral care to individuals and families, particularly those facing addiction, re-entry challenges, and personal hardship. His lived experience and compassionate approach allow him to connect authentically with those he serves.

Phillip is dedicated to helping others find hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose through faith, accountability, and community.
